At Mason Early Childhood Center, I act as the only behavioral paraprofessional to service students from kindergarten through second grade who may be experiencing difficulties and challenges within the classroom environment by delivering science and evidence based behavioral interventions while providing social and emotional learning that helps students better understand and adapt to their environment and develop a wide range of skills that produce impactful outcomes
