About me
I’m in my seventh year as a Learning Experience Designer at Mason Elementary, where I partner with teachers to design meaningful, student-centered learning. I hold a gifted endorsement and have a special interest in writing instruction. Outside of Mason, I work with the Ohio Writing Project and help lead their youth programming team.
Much of my work focuses on growing strong foundations that make deeper learning possible—like workshop model instruction, fluency in math, intentional teacher language, and using data to support student reflection and ownership.This year, I’ve am co-designing and facilitating our district’s AI professional learning pathway alongside Dan Little to support thoughtful and intentional use of AI in classrooms. I’m passionate about designing learning that is purposeful, responsive, and rooted in what matters most to students and teachers.
