About me
Hey there! My name is Kelsey, but to my students, I'm Miss B. I'm currently loving my second year of teaching 5th grade here at MI. In my 6 years of teaching, I have taught at 6 different schools, and have experience with a diverse body of students and a variety of challenging school conditions.
I am currently working on my thesis in Multicultural Art Education and am designing a curriculum model that makes planning an arts education that meets the needs of multicultural populations much easier for educators like you or me.
When I'm not teaching or doing grad work, I spend a lot of time outside walking and hiking. I also spend a fair amount of time physically and digitally painting, drawing, printmaking, sewing, and doing mixed media art such as collages and wood burnings: many of which I sell at art markets during the summer.
